Today, their passion has blossomed into thriving ranches across Monterey and Ventura County, specializing in avocado varieties and subtropical fruits. Their commitment to growth and innovation continues as a legacy passed down through the family tree.
Organic Farming Activists
Dirty Girl Produce

Transforming Desert into a Thriving Oasis
Flying Disc Ranch
Flying Disc Ranch, established in 1979 by Robert Lower, produces dates, citrus, figs, pomegranates, aloe, and table grapes. While not certified organic, the ranch employs ecological practices without using non-organic sprays or petroleum-based fertilizers. Their labor-intensive date production—including dethorning, pollinating, and thinning (which can take up to six hours per tree)—yields delicious fruits that serve as healthy alternatives to conventional sweets.
Our Legendary Fruit
Frog Hollow Farm
Frog Hollow Farm's 280-acre certified organic operation, located in Brentwood, CA, produces diverse tree fruits using regenerative practices that exceed organic standards. Their skilled team prioritizes soil health and allows fruit to fully ripen before careful harvesting, resulting in exceptionally high nutrient content and superior flavor.
