Medjool Dates with Mascarpone & Pistachios

Ingredients

  • 4 medjool dates
  • Cold mascarpone
  • Handful of shelled pistachios, chopped

How To Assemble
  • Cut each date in half and remove the pit.
  • Spoon some cold mascarpone into the divet where the pit used to be.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the mascarpone.
  • Enjoy!
