Medjool Dates with Mascarpone & Pistachios
Ingredients
- 4 medjool dates
- Cold mascarpone
- Handful of shelled pistachios, chopped
How To Assemble
- Cut each date in half and remove the pit.
- Spoon some cold mascarpone into the divet where the pit used to be.
- Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the mascarpone.
- Enjoy!
