Josey Baker's Griddle Cake Mix (similar to traditional pancakes!) combines freshly ground whole grains and seeds to create a breakfast that's nutritious, filling, and absolutely delicious. Simply take a mixing bowl and combine 1¼ cups of the griddle cake mix with 2 eggs, ¼ cup buttermilk, and ½ cup water. Spoon the batter onto a heated pan greased with butter to prevent sticking. Once bubbles begin appearing along the edges of your griddle cake, that's your cue to flip it over. Top with your preferred garnishes and enjoy!
