This exceptional Honeycomb represents the second collaborative creation between NeoCocoa's founder Christine Doerr and Dandelion chocolatiers. The partnership began in 2017 when they first encountered Christine through La Cocina, a community-focused non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women and people of color in launching and expanding their culinary enterprises. Christine's artisanal sweets have since gained significant acclaim in the confectionery world. Following the overwhelming positive response to NeoCocoa's honeycomb featured in Dandelion's 2020 holiday Advent Calendar, customer demand was so strong that they decided to make this beloved treat a regular part of their year-round offerings.
