Vanilla Macaron:
- Cookie (Powdered Sugar, Ground California Almonds, Organic Egg Whites, Cream of Tartar);
- Vanilla Buttercream (Organic Evaporated Cane Sugar, Organic Egg Whites, Cream of Tartar, Straus Family Creamery Organic Butter, Vanilla Extract)
Chocolate Macaron:
- Cookie (Powdered Sugar, Ground California Almonds, Organic Egg Whites, Scharffen Berger Raw Cocoa Powder)
- Chocolate Ganache (62% Guittard Chocolate, Powdered Sugar, Organic Heavy Straus Family Creamery Heavy Cream, Organic Egg Yolks, Organic Straus Family Creamery Butter)
Hazelnut Macarons:
- Same as the Vanilla Macaron with the addition of ground hazelnuts in the cookie and the addition of hazelnut paste from the Piedmont region of Italy in the ganache.
Pistachio:
- Same as the Vanilla Macaron with the addition of ground pistachios in the cookie. The filling is vanilla buttercream with the addition of pistachio paste.
Dulce de Leche:
- Same cookie as the Vanilla Macaron and filled with caramel made with Straus Family Creamery Organic Whole Milk, Organic Evaporated Cane Sugar and Vanilla.
Rose-Geranium:
- Same cookie as the Vanilla Macaron. The filling is Vanilla Buttercream with organic Rose Geranium oil from Eatwell Farms.
