We source our organic eggs primarily from Kaki Farm, however, when they are not at the market our backup is Glaum Egg Ranch.
Kaki Farm produces pastured eggs from 400-600 chickens that roam throughout their Gridley farm, foraging on grass and enjoying fruit and vegetable scraps from the farm's organic produce. Owned by Nicacio Soria since 1990, this small family operation uses sustainable practices like on-site chicken manure for fertilizer and raises hens that truly free-range across the property.
