Owner Luis Moreira has built his reputation on organic farm management practices that prioritize sustainability without sacrificing quality, paired with meticulous post-harvest processing: cherries are selectively handpicked, washed, floated to remove anything less than ideal, then carefully dried to a precise 11% moisture. The result is a full-bodied roast with hints of chocolate, honey, and peanut butter.
